We work tirelessly to source the best materials and the most talented lash artisans to produce trustworthy, lifelike, and lash loving products. We have tested hundreds of formulas in the process of creating our custom bonds, sealant, primer, and other accessories, and we know we’ve struck gold with our formulas.

Each lash is made of 100% vegan and cruelty-free premium Korean Silk PBT, body-safe glue, and nylon thread. (Except Espresso Originals, which are made with a cotton band.) Every wisp is lovingly handcrafted by talented lash artisans and rigorously tested for quality control.

Durability ultimately depends on application method, lifestyle, and individual body chemistry; our customers can get up to 10 days of lash wear with proper aftercare maintenance.

Yes, you can change the lashes in your subscription as often as you want. Use your subscription portal to add, remove, or swap products. Please note that changes must be made 48 hours before your subscription order processes to reflect in that order.

- Add or remove products
- Change quantities
- Update your delivery frequency
- Skip an order
- Pause your subscription

Yes, every subscription order is eligible to earn points, which can be redeemed on any future order. Limit 1 reward per order.

You can redeem Rewards anytime by clicking the “Rewards” button in the bottom left corner—just be sure you’ve signed into your Lilac St. account first. Once you redeem a reward, your reward code will appear. Make sure you add the specific items for your reward to your cart (if applicable).

Redeeming a reward code is quick and easy—just like our other discount codes, you’ll type it in at checkout. Please note that reward codes will only apply to the specific Reward Item you selected.

Unfortunately, our codes are not stackable and cannot be used with gift cards at this time.
